Rules and Regulations

  • Guests must be 18 years of age or over to participate.
  • Club Osage membership is required to participate.
  • Guest must be present to win.
  • Guests must earn entries by actively playing with their Club Osage card inserted into an Electronic Game or through live Table Game play (Tulsa only) during the entry period.
  • Guests must have an open rating to participate.
  • Guests who actively play with their Club Osage card inserted into a machine will receive one entry for every $100 coin-in on the promotion day.
  • Cash vouchers are valid for two days from receipt.
  • Guests must be present and actively playing with their Club Osage card to be eligible for all local drawings.
  • Guests may win only one hourly cash drawing.
  • If an individual was banned at any time between earning entries into a promotion and the prize award date, the prize will not be awarded.
  • If there is an issue with Synkros and the hourly drawings aren’t completed in the specified hour or time frame, drawings will continue until they have been completed.
  • Osage Casino management reserves the right to change and/or modify rules and rewards without notice, upon approval of the Osage Nation Gaming Commission (ONGC).
  • ONGC-approved promotional rules supersede any advertisement or promotional literature inconsistent with ONGC-approved promotional rules, in accordance with section 704.2 and 704.1 (a) of the ONGC rules and regulations.
